Corporate Security Manager

Location: City of London

Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm)

This role will see you provide operational leadership to a small but dedicated security team in the City of London. Prior experience of managing security teams in a corporate environment is essential. Applicants must also hold a SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV license.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Experience managing the delivery of operational security at a corporate (or similar high-profile) site
• A positive people manager with the ability to lead and develop staff
• SIA Door Supervisor license holder
• SIA CCTV Licence holder

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of site security
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
• Staff training and development
• Incident management and response
• Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information
• Assist with the strategic planning of the security function
• Oversee the delivery of control room services
• Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
• Undertake risk assessments
• Liaise with emergency services when required
• Management of control room services
• Management of 3rd party suppliers
• SLA & KPI meetings
