Facilities and Security Manager – Maidstone
Role Responsibility
Kent County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities and Security Manager to join the Property Strategy and Commissioning team based in Maidstone with travel across Kent to visit sites if necessary .
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role holder will lead the delivery of Facilities Management services across all of KCCs buildings. The job holder will be responsible for compliance, security procurement of FM contracts and ensuring that the Councils buildings are maintained and available to enable the council to deliver its services.
In addition, the post-holder will ensure close working relationships are maintained with other groups within the Infrastructure Division and the wider council to deal with strategic, day to day and emergency matters.

Salary : Starting salary £60,131 per annum
