Operations Manager Vacancy Pilgrims Group

Pilgrims have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day to day operational and contractual requirements of our Northern Region. Ideally you will be based in and around the Leeds/Manchester area. You will operate from your home address, however, the role will involve UK wide travel to areas including: Manchester, Gateshead and Peterlee. You will also be required to visit Pilgrims Head Office based in Surrey, at least once a month. Working hours will be typically 37.5 hours per week 09:00 – 17:30 however, the role will require longer hours on occasion so flexibility is required.

You must have:

• Experience within the security sector (Manned Guarding)
• A valid Frontline SIA Licence SG licence or higher
• Clean UK driving licence
• Own transport
