We're seeking a Security Manager to lead the delivery of security services at a busy corporate site. In this critical role, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.

As our Security Manager, you will ensure all security operations are flawlessly executed. You will use your expertise to implement comprehensive security policies, regulations, and rules, creating a safe environment is safe for employees and visitors as well as keep the property well protected.

Key Responsibilities
Full security control room and Fire control centre day to day management
Involved in the strategic planning for business continuity, resilience, crisis management
Produce and present security service reports for client monthly reviews
Complete monthly and quarterly QIR’s for all members of staff
Develop and improve dynamic lockdown procedures to enable speed and efficiency lockdowns as required
Develop and improve full building emergency evacuations for ease of understanding in training and process development
Writing and reviewing of SOP’s and manuals to aid in training and development for all security officers
Ensure visibility during peak periods at the client’s reception area
Assist Regional and Account managers in annual performance reviews with the client
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience as security manager or similar position
SIA Licence (Door Supervisor / Security Guarding)
Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
