Security Supervisor – Cannock

As a Supervisor of a small team at a brand-new prestigious retail centre you are expected to be at the forefront of everything we do and represent both the customer and our own brands. Reporting directly to the Site Manager your day to day duties will vary from CCTV Control Room duties overseeing the operation in a preventative role to being flexible and proactive on the ground dealing with the public and security team answering visitors issues, providing a safe and secure experience. Below are examples of required duties on a day to day basis, it’s a new role so offers the ability to develop the role as we go.

CCTV Monitoring and Surveillance Computer system skills Taking Control in Emergency Situations Fire, Invacuation and evacuation, emergency management Supervision of small team of Officers, working with the site manager Reporting Prompting Positive Visitor Experience Traffic management
