Overview:
• Responsible for planning, Co-ordinating, leading and executing high level armed protection PSD tasks daily, on the Basra Gas Contract • Providing guidance, instruction and direction to a local national team. In order for the team to achieve key results and perform to high standards • Conducted reconnaissance of sites/ locations and created reports providing accurate and valuable information for client visits • Conducting, Assessing & Developed the team members on various subjects as per G4S Training program. Planned Instructed and delivering team training, including SOPs, RUF, weapon training to include AK variants, medical and situational awareness training • Accountable for updating employee’s timesheets, also reviewing & paying monthly cash salary • Accountable for Cash float IQD 1,000,000.00, processing & submitting receipts in a timely manner • Accountable for managing accurate training records and submitting various administrative reports on a daily/ weekly basis to Operations, Training, HSE, HR and Communications manager • Performing the duties of a FREC 3/ T1 medic within the APT, Responsible for immediate first aid on site, until casualty can be moved to medical/ trauma centre following procedures as set out in the G4S MERP • Accountability for team weapons stored within the armoury in accordance with G4S SOP’s 201 /201 A /209 • Monitoring the serviceability of team security equipment, reporting to the project manager carrying out administrative duties to ensure all team CES is properly maintained and functioning properly • Managing daily emails and updating weekly returns, delivered in a timely manner to the line manager/ project manager with team returns
